get equipped for women’s ministry
why these events?
My parents brought me to America when I was 6 years old, and I grew up between two cultures: American and Slavic. At one point, I thought that as soon as I became independent, I would distance myself from Slavics as much as possible. However, God spoke to my heart about His heart for our community. He instilled in me a desire to be a vessel, especially in helping women form a genuine relationship with Him and achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for their homes, churches, and communities. And most importantly, he gave me a love for our people - a love that moves me to radical steps in order to serve them in any capacity that I can. Jesus loves so much that He gave Himself up for us when we were still sinners. What an example!
I have pursued this passion for years, relying on Jesus to teach and guide me. I've dedicated many hours to being mentored, taking various classes and courses, and shadowing others who have gone before me, especially in the American community, to discover the most effective ways to serve women in women's ministry. To support the numerous projects I dream of bringing to life, I am hosting a virtual Women's Ministry event. This event aims to share the knowledge I've gained and feature special guests who will delve into their experiences in specific areas of this ministry.
The Lord seeks women in churches nationwide who won't abandon their communities for what may seem more appealing, better constructed, or more anointed elsewhere.
Instead, they'll say, "Here, Lord, use me to impact the women of our church, to bring healing to their souls, and to rekindle a passion for You in their hearts!"
A step of obedience is all it takes, and once we're fully surrendered in His hands, He accomplishes the impossible through our lives. If you recognize a need in your church, be the solution. Everything I wished for when I started will be shared with you at this event. Your only requirements are to walk closely with the Lord, be attuned to His Spirit, and allow Him to guide you on when to utilize the resources at your disposal.
Why should you care? Because He's calling you, because there's a need for you, and because He WILL work through you!
Participate individually or turn this into a team experience (team discounts available upon inquiry), and let’s experience this life-impacting event together!

PAST EVENT FEEDBACK
Why is Women’s Ministry in a church important?
Women's ministry is crucial in a church for several reasons. First and foremost, it provides a platform for addressing the unique spiritual, emotional, and practical needs that women often experience. It creates a space where women can connect, build supportive relationships, and find a sense of belonging within the church community. This ministry offers opportunities for women to grow in their faith, deepen their understanding of biblical principles, and develop their spiritual gifts.
Furthermore, women's ministry plays a vital role in nurturing the well-being of families and the overall church body. Women often hold significant influence in shaping the atmosphere of their homes and communities. By supporting women's spiritual growth and equipping them to navigate life's challenges, the ministry contributes to the overall health and vitality of families and the church as a whole.
Additionally, women's ministry can address specific issues that women face, such as balancing family and career responsibilities, building strong marriages, raising children, and navigating various life stages. It provides a safe and confidential space for discussing these topics and seeking guidance from a biblical perspective. Women's ministry also fosters leadership development among women. It empowers them to take active roles in serving and leading within the church community.
Above all, the primary motivation behind all of this is that the women's ministry serves as a platform for God to facilitate healing, restoration, redemption, renewal, calling, commissioning, and purpose-giving to women. It is imperative that a women's ministry consistently directs its focus towards Jesus and places utmost importance on the salvation of souls.
Titus 2:3-5 Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.
