hello, we are the levchyks

Our family is made up of Petro, a.k.a Petrik, Tanya, three children Liam, 8, Malachi, 7, and Noemie, 3-year-old and another one due September 2024.

There was a time when we encountered the Lord and He became the Savior of our lives. Jesus took over all of our dreams, goals, and desires. His call became our life’s purpose.

Since 2013, when we became one family, we have been serving the Lord and His people wholeheartedly. It’s what brings us the greatest joy! It is our greatest privilege.

We spent the first years of our marriage serving on the streets of Northampton, MA to homeless, drug addicts, and lost souls.

From a young age, Patrick served local youth with preaching and singing. (Fun Fact: His dad was one of the popular Ukrainian Christian Band singers - Aben Ezer!) One of his favorite memories is a missionary trip to Paraguay.

In 2017, after moving to NJ, when he was 25 years old - he was ordained as a deacon at Grace church and later also appointed as the secretary.

He continues to faithfully serve with preaching, singing, organizing and supporting the congregation of Grace Church of NJ.

Tanya served in the Teens and Kids ministry. She graduated from Slavic Missionary Bible College in 2011.

Later, the Lord called her into the Women’s Ministry by opening the door through the Christian Slavic Ladies Facebook group & Retreats, which she founded and oversees.

Today, she serves as the leader of the Women’s Ministry in the local church, since being appointed at 25 years old. She continues to organize retreats, she is a co-founder of a non-profit, “Heart to Heart Women and Children” and organizes other projects around the country specifically for Slavic women.

In September 2022, our family took an 8th month Sabbatical and attended Summit International School of Ministry in Grantville, PA. The Lord was faithful in leading us, providing for us, equipping us and smoothly transitioning us back into ministry.

All that we do is done only by His grace.

From Him, Through Him, For Him.

Summit chapter

In 2022, after dreaming and praying about it for many years, the Lord very vividly opened the doors for Patrick to apply to Summit International School of Ministry, where he was accepted into the Sabbatical Program.

We sensed a strong call upon our lives to serve God’s people all the days that we have breath in our lungs. To do so more efficiently, we put our life in New Jersey on hold to study God’s word more in-depth. We believed this would be a time of hearing from the Lord, learning from great teachers, and learning to apply the knowledge in practice when we returned to serving locally, or wherever the Lord would have us.

With all the risks that came from picking up our family and moving to a different state for eight months, we truly had peace in our hearts that this was the will of God for our lives at that time.

As Patrick attended SUMMIT, Tanya studied online to learn to better counsel and serve in the women’s ministry.

Our family had been through many valleys of life, but the Lord had always been faithful. We fully surrendered to His provision, knowing that in Him “we live and move and have our being.”

We love the Lord with all of our hearts and desire to seek His Kingdom and righteousness first, believing everything else would be added to us and He has been absolutely faithful in that!

What is SUMMIT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY SABBATICAL PROGRAM?

Summit is the Bible School of Times Square Church and was founded in 1994 through the ministry of David Wilkerson. Summit is carried under the legacy and leadership of Times Square Church.

Summit Sabbatical is an 8-month individualized Summit experience, tailored to a select number of adult learners who choose to take this brief season to engage their minds, skills, and energy toward God’s purpose in their lives.

The Sabbatical experience gives individuals and families the freedom to study and seek the Lord, as well as the opportunity to be poured into by teachers and mentors who walk alongside them during their journey.

Sabbatical is a time of growth, clarity, and transformation. Auditing classes, one-on-one connections, group discussions, study, reflection, and times of prayer give sabbatical students the knowledge base and tools to be effective wherever Christ may lead.

“The greatest education is the knowledge of God.”
